Return Policy:
Our customer’s satisfaction is extremely important to us but due to health and safety standards, we are unable to accept returns even on unused or unopened products. Our customer’s safety comes first and we will never resell a product once it has been purchased. We also hear horror stories about customer’s purchasing products, refilling the packaging with false products and trying to return them. Our no return policy is solely to protect our customers. Johnny Concert’s drop shipping carrier carefully inspects every product to ensure that it remains intact while in transit. If you happen to receive a damaged product due to improper packaging, notify us within 24 hours or arrival. Products will be replaced, not refunded. We will gladly replace the exact product that has been ordered. When notifying us of a damaged item please make sure to include your order receipt number and detailed information about the damaged product. Items that have been damaged in transit will usually need to be inspected. Please keep all original packaging materials, together with the damaged items to ensure prompt resolution. Include a photocopy of your papers and a photograph of the damaged item in a package along with your contact information.

Seasonal temperature changes can effect the consistency. We can not accept any refunds or exchanges on products that were ordered by accident, disliking the color or scent of a product, color change replacement, shelf life issues or products that have been altered in any way. We always list our product ingredients on our site so all our customer’s can shop accordingly.

Any products ordered with an unverified credit card and/or shipping address are subjected to fraud and will be immediately reported to law enforcement. If we have any suspicious or fraudulent purchases, Johnny Concert has the right to investigate and suspend any transactions and shipments until further notice. Johnny Concert ships Worldwide. We offer $5 Flat Rate Shipping on US orders and $10 Flat Rate shipping on international orders.

** Please note because our products are freshly made they do not get shipped out immediately after the order is placed. An order can take anywhere between 1 to 3 weeks and is processed in the order it is received.All packages are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service.  Items shipped should take between 5-10 standard business days to arrive.

* FREE Shipping is only available on orders shipped within the United States of America that total $100.00 USD or more at the time of purchase and may not be combined with previous orders. This offer applies to the standard shipping rates (does not apply to any type of special or rush delivery)

* We have stopped mailing detailed packing slips with orders as another approach to conserve paper in our efforts to improve on being a “green” business . You may also download and print a PDF receipt of your order upon checkout.
