Cancellations
In order to cancel an order, you must contact us within 24 hours from placement of the order. If a delivery is refused by a customer, all shipping costs plus a 10% restocking fee for the order will be billed. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Missing merchandise or errors in Order Fulfillment must be reported to Johnny Concert, LLC within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours we will conclude that the order was accurately fulfilled.

Sales Tax
It is required by law to collect sales tax (7%) on orders shipped within the State of New Jersey.

Order Fulfillment Process
Currently, it takes about 3-5 business days before an order is ready to be shipped. Being that all our cosmetics are hand crafted it can take up to 3 weeks or more to process an order. We handle them in the sequence that they are received. As soon as an order is packed, an email is sent to the customer of the status of the package in transit.

Accuracy of Information
When describing our products on the Website, we tend to be as accurate as possible.  However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colors or other content available on the Website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Information Use – “Profiles”
johnnyconcertglamour.com stores information collected through cookies, log files and/or third interests in your user profile. A profile is stored information that we keep on individual users detailing specific viewing preferences. Bands/Music/Talent:
The music, text, images of the bands were submitted by the talent or artists. The ownership and copyright of the content submitted is either by the band or their management. The talent on our site is not endorsed by Johnny Concert and is in no way affiliated with us unless mentioned. There is no guarantee how long a band will be posted on our site as content will be updated frequently.

If you or your band would like to submit to our featured artist program please send an email to info@johnnyconcertglamour.com and include your name, your relationship to the talent, band’s name, address, contact info, website link, who owns the copyright to your material, management info, a professional photo, a brief bio of your band and the MP3 you’d like us to listen to (3 max please). If a Johnny Concert rep gets back to you it is not guaranteed that your music will be posted, even if the release is signed. Please check back frequently for more information about our band policy.

Security

The information submitted will only be reviewed by the appropriate Johnny Concert employee, or any of our affiliates, both online and offline. Although we use natural and mineral based ingredients in our products, as with all cosmetics, skin irritation and allergic reactions may develop. As with any new product we advise our customers to always do a small patch test on their skin before applying any of our products. If any irritations or skin discomfort occurs, immediately discontinue use. We post all our ingredients on our website and on our products, so if our customers have any known allergies they can identify them before the products are purchased. Please consult with your own physician or health care practitioner regarding the suggestions and recommendations made on our site. Products are for external use only. Keep out of eyes (rinse well if product should get in eyes). Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, seek medical help or contact a Poison Control center immediately. Johnny-Concert.com and their wholesale provider are the only authorized distributors. Please do not purchase any Johnny Concert products from other sources.  authorized distributors will be listed under the wholesalers section of our site. Any products purchased from an unauthorized distributor are subjected to being tampered with and we do not advise using those products. If you happen to come across any Johnny Concert, LLC branded products that are not from an authorized distributor, please contact us immediately.

Products and Services for Personal Use
The products and services available on the Website are for personal use only. Since all of our products are made upon order, our exclusive cosmetics are created from scratch using raw materials. You may not sell or resell any of our products or services. Johnny Concert, LLC and their affiliates reserve all rights, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order to be filled – or products or services to be provided to you- that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.
